Autograph letter signed, dated : Brussels, 14 November 1839, to [Ignaz] Moscheles, 1839 Nov. 14.

Saying he has received Moscheles's notes, that the last chapter will be sent to Paris that week, that he is less happy with Heller's contribution (he doesn't know Heller, but finds his work dry), mentioning an insult to Moscheles that appeared in the France musicale, criticizing the people who wrote that Mozart was a mediocre musician whose works have little significance, etc.
